Individual therapy is a space for focused, intentional work.
You may come because you are:
Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally fatigued
Repeating patterns you do not understand
Managing relational conflict
Facing life transitions
Holding stress that feels lodged in the body
Functioning well externally but unsettled internally
This is structured therapeutic work. We will think clearly. We will track patterns. We will challenge gently but directly.
I am a systemic psychotherapist. Even in individual work, I pay attention to the systems around you — family, work, culture, history — and how they shape your responses.
In sessions, I:
Identify recurring patterns
Clarify emotional triggers
Slow down reactive thinking
Support decision-making
Strengthen self-regulation
Help you integrate insight into action
This is not passive reflection. It is intentional exploration.
Alongside dialogue, you may choose to include a 15-minute sound-based regulation segment within your session.
This is not an add-on service. It is a structured therapeutic intervention designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration.
Sound may be used:
At the beginning of a session to establish presence and clarity
Mid-session to support processing when emotion becomes overwhelming
At the end of a session to embed insight and reduce activation before you return to your day
Using carefully delivered tonal frequencies (Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, rhythm and silence), this element can:
Reduce physiological stress
Increase emotional tolerance
Support safe processing of difficult material
Improve clarity after intense discussion
Help the body settle when insight alone is not sufficient
Sometimes conversation moves quickly but the body lags behind. Regulation helps close that gap.
