Sound Therapy with Your Change Strategist
Sound baths vary enormously in their quality, their container, and the experience of the person holding them. This one is held by a clinician.
I am a qualified systemic psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. I am trained in somatic approaches, breath work, and embodied practice. I live with chronic pain. I understand, from the inside, what it means when the body holds what the mind cannot yet articulate. I did not arrive at sound therapy through curiosity. I arrived at it through necessity mine and my clients'.
When I bring crystal bowls into a room, I bring everything I know about nervous systems, relational patterns, and the conditions under which real change becomes possible. The bowls are the instrument. I am the clinician.
That distinction is everything.
What This Actually Is
A sound bath with me is a clinically informed, therapeutically held, intentionally intimate experience. Eight people maximum. Not because the room is small — because eight is the number that allows me to hold the space properly. To notice. To respond. To ensure that what happens in that room is genuinely therapeutic rather than simply pleasant.
Every session follows a defined arc — intentional arrival, guided immersion, structured integration. You are not dropped into sound and left to manage your own experience. You are accompanied through it by someone who knows what the nervous system needs and how to create the conditions for it to soften.
Mats, blankets, and eye covers are provided. Refreshments are included. You arrive, you settle, you are taken care of. It is completely plug and play.
£50. Everything included. Nothing extra.
A clinically led, intimate therapeutic experience for eight people, held in a professional therapy practice in Clerkenwell, EC1. Mats, blankets, eye covers, refreshments, all provided. You bring yourself. Everything else is taken care of.
This is premium because the container is premium. The location, the clinical training behind it, the intentional size, and a weekly timetable that runs from 7am onwards, all of it designed so that you can simply arrive and be present. Consistently. Reliably. Week after week if you choose. This is what showing up for yourself looks like.
The Timetable
This is not a sporadic offering. There is a reason for that.
Meaningful change does not happen in one session. It happens through repetition, rhythm, and the slow accumulation of regulated nervous system experience. The weekly timetable exists because habit is the architecture of change. You don't have to come every week — but the option is always there, consistent, reliable, held.
Sessions
Morning Sessions — Begin With Intention
7:00am — Clarity For those who want to meet the day with steadiness and focus before the world asks anything of them. Sharp, grounded, clear.
8:15am — A Measured Start
A slower entry. Space to settle and recalibrate before moving into work or commitments. Particularly well suited to flexible schedules, creative professionals, or those rebuilding routine.
Evening Sessions — Mark The Shift
6:30pm — Transition The day required something of you. This session marks the deliberate move from output to restoration. Decompression without losing clarity.
7:45pm — Settle Later, quieter, slower. For those who need to ease into the night without overstimulation. Space for quiet reflection and genuine regulation.
Themed Monthly Groups
Alongside the core weekly timetable, themed groups rotate monthly — focusing on areas including joy, grief, sleep, and self-connection. These sit within the same clinical framework and the same eight person limit. Watch this space or get in touch to find out what's coming.
WeeksEnd — Close The Week With Intention
Sunday. Because carrying an unresolved week into the next one is a choice, and this is an alternative.
WeeksEnd is for those who want to end deliberately, to settle what accumulated, reflect on what unfolded, and recalibrate before the week ahead begins. Held primarily in the evening, with occasional morning or afternoon sessions. Same therapeutic arc. Same contained, consistent framework.
Sound Therapy Across the Practice
Sound is not confined to group sessions here. It is woven through the wider practice, into individual therapy, couples work, family sessions because some things shift through sound before they can be spoken. If you want to explore what a private one-to-one sound session might look like for you, a couple, a friend, or a small private group, that conversation starts with a call or an email.
How to Book & What to Expect
Sessions must be booked in advance. One week of sessions are visible in the calendar at any time, bookings open up to 7 days ahead and close one hour before the session starts. Full payment secures your place.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice within that window, places are non-refundable but transferable to another person up to 24 hours before the session start time (see Terms & Conditions).
Before your first session, read the preparing for your sound bath guide — it tells you everything you need to know about arriving well.
