Therapist-led small group sessions (max 8 participants)
Sound Therapy within Our Therapeutic Framework
Our Signature AM/PM sessions are designed to facilitate depth within a clear therapeutic structure. Alongside these core sessions, themed groups rotate monthly, focusing on areas including joy, grief, sleep hygiene, and self-connection.
Groups are intentionally limited to eight participants to allow for responsive facilitation and clinical clarity. Repetition and rhythm are built in to support continuity for those who wish to engage regularly, while each session also stands alone as a complete, contained therapeutic experience.
Who This Is For
These sessions are particularly suited to individuals experiencing stress, sleep disruption, emotional overload, or sustained mental demand.
They are designed for those who want structured nervous system regulation within a clinically held environment, not performance, spectacle, or open-ended spiritual processing. No prior experience with sound practices is required.
Session Structure
Each session follows a defined therapeutic arc: intentional arrival, guided immersion, and structured integration. Time is given not only for the sound experience itself, but for settling, processing, and reflection.
Sound is facilitated with attention to pacing, nervous system response, and group rhythm. The room is monitored and adjusted in real time, allowing the experience to remain responsive rather than fixed.
The small group format allows each participant to be seen within the process while still benefiting from shared presence. Containment and clarity are prioritised throughout.
Sessions are designed to support both embodied regulation and personal insight, creating space for shifts that extend beyond the session itself.
Designed for early risers who want to meet the day with steadiness and focus.
These sessions support a clear mind and grounded start, whether you are heading into a demanding workday or managing responsibilities at home.
For those who want a slower entry into the day.
This session allows space to settle, recalibrate, and gather yourself before moving into work or commitments.
Well-suited to flexible schedules, creative professionals, or those easing back into routine.
A session designed to mark the shift from activity to evening.
Particularly supportive if your day has required sustained output, decision-making, or external focus.
This time allows for decompression while maintaining clarity and presence.
Held later in the evening for those who prefer to wind down gradually.
The pace supports easing into the night without overstimulation, creating space for quiet reflection and regulation.
WeeksEnd
WeeksEnd is suited to those who value ending the week deliberately rather than carrying it forward unresolved, creating space for both closure and quiet preparation for what comes next.
A Sunday session designed to close the week with intention and steadiness.
Primarily held in the evening, with occasional morning or afternoon sessions when the space allows, WeeksEnd provides a structured opportunity to pause before the week ahead. It offers time to reflect on what has unfolded, to settle accumulated activation, and to recalibrate with clarity.
The session follows the same therapeutic arc as all core offerings, intentional arrival, guided immersion, and structured integration, allowing the nervous system to soften within a contained and consistent framework.
Sound isn't confined to group sound bath sessions within the practice. It forms part of the wider systemic framework through which our therapeutic work is held. Its inclusion is intentional, not as an addition, but as a solid modality that deepens and expands the process of change.
Sound can help the nervous system settle so dialogue can deepen. At other times, it allows something to shift that words alone cannot reach. This is why it is included as part of our talking therapy sessions. This integration allows work to move beyond insight alone. Clients are supported not only to understand their patterns cognitively, but also to experience shifts within the nervous system itself.
For those wishing to engage individually, dedicated 1–1 sound therapy sessions are also available for individuals, couples, friend pairs, or small private groups.
