All Sound Bath sessions are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Bookings may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
To transfer a place, the original booking holder must email the full name, phone number, and email address of the replacement attendee.
No transfers are permitted within 24 hours of the session start time.
Where appropriate, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a rescheduling credit valid for 14 days. This is not guaranteed and remains at the Company’s discretion.
Sound-based practices may not be suitable for everyone.
By booking, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood the published contraindications guidance.
• You do not suffer from sound-induced epilepsy.
• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
• You take full responsibility for seeking medical advice where necessary prior to attending.
The Company is not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Sound instruments are not applied directly to the body during group sessions.
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound session has begun.
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who:
• Appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Smells strongly of alcohol
• Acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Mats, blankets, and eye coverings are provided.
Participants may bring their own if preferred.
No photography or recording is permitted during sessions.
Sound Bath sessions are complementary wellness experiences and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Participation is undertaken at your own risk.
Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice and may not be suitable for everyone.
You must not attend if you have:
Sound-induced epilepsy
Been advised by a medical professional not to participate in sound-based practices
You must seek medical advice before attending if you have:
Epilepsy (non-sound induced)
A cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, artificial heart valve, stent, shunt, or implanted electrical device
Deep brain stimulation (DBS) device
Cardiac arrhythmia
Severe or complex mental health conditions
Experienced a recent stroke, thrombosis, or deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Undergone recent surgery
Any serious or chronic medical condition not listed here

If you are pregnant, particularly in the first trimester, you are advised to seek medical guidance before attending.
By booking and attending, you confirm that:
